Our Prices
The hall features a large main room, a supper room, full-sized kitchen, toilet facilities, and a
storage room containing chairs and tables to seat around 120 people.
Regular Hirers
The following are our hire fees for our regular hirers, including yoga, karate, dance, and other classes:
- Before 3pm on weekdays: $20 per hour
- After 3pm on weekdays: $25 per hour
Casual Hirers
The following are our hire fees for all casual/one-off hires, usually for events such as weddings, birthdays and parties:
- Full-Day Events: 24 Hour Hall Hire (usually 12pm Sat - 12pm Sunday): $450
- Additional Setup Time (from 5pm on Friday evening): Additional $100
- Refundable bond*: $300
Shorter Events
The following are our hire fees for shorter events less than 6 hours:
- On weekends: $70 per hour
- Before 6pm on weekdays: $35 per hour
- After 6pm on weekdays: $50 per hour
- Refundable bond*: $300
*Bonds are refunded during the week following your hire, assuming the hall is left undamaged, rubbish is removed, and the hall is cleaned to a satisfactory standard assuming the hirer is completing their own cleaning.
- Casual hirers have the option of completing their cleaning following their event or choosing our Cleaning Service, which covers a full clean of the interior of the hall. Does not include rubbish removal.
- Full Interior Hall Clean: $120
